Episode 114 - Isaac Kenyon - Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge

This week Eddie @edwinasutton and Gary @garythwaites2498 catch up with Isaac Kenyon and Trish is back!

Isaac, recently become the first person to trail run the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge of 233km and roughly the height of Everest in elevation in 30 hours broken over 4 days. He ran for mental health and a film is being made out of this journey.

He is an endurance athlete who holds the world record for the individual longest continual row of 3 days and 11 hours on a Concept II rower. I have rowed the Atlantic Ocean in 40 days over the high seas. Do you think I would be a suitable guest on your podcast? Find out more about Isaac, here: https://www.isaackenyon.com/

Each week we'll bring you interviews with runners from the front, back and middle of the pack. We'll share training advice, nutrition advice and kit reviews too. We'll talk about current running stories and stories from inspirational people who we feel you might be interested in.
