Episode 103 - Lauren Johnson - Spine Challenger Winner & Course Record Holder.

This week Eddie @edwinasutton and Gary @garythwaites2498 catch up with Lauren Johnson after her first place and new course record at the 2022 Summer Spine Challenger.

Lauren started running around 2009 after watching the Great North Run on television. In 2016 she joined her local running club and ran on the roads until lockdown in 2020. This sent her on to the trails.  Once restrictions eased she started to explore the Peak District where she well and truly fell in love with hills, trails and fells.
